STANDARD DELIVERY AND PROCESSING

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days*

Demerara uses UPS and USPS for most shipping. Shipping charges are waived automatically in the shopping cart on all continental U.S. orders. Deliveries can be expected 3-5 business days once shipped, but may vary given carrier. Demerara is not responsible for items lost, stolen, and/or damaged in transit. 

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY:


   While we hope that you will love your merchandise, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your unworn/unwashed items within 
14 days of the delivery date for U.S. orders. 
 
RETURN ELIGIBILITY & INFORMATION
  • Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
  • Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated to returning your item(s).
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received.
  • Demerara is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your return.

 

   To Initiate a return, simply shoot us an email at sales@demerarausa.com to acquire an RMA number. Any items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.
